A Brief talk on Public Art On Campus for Keelung Zhonghe Elementary School staff

I was invited to give a talk on my experience of promoting public art on campus and working with the students and teachers of Yeliou Elementary School, New Taipei City, in 2011, for the staff of Keelung Zhonghe Elementary School.
